Marlette, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com   is working with a global manufacturer of engineered automotive and industrial products and due to it’s recent growth, they are looking to fill the position of Quality Engineer.

What you will do: The Quality Engineer assists production personnel with product quality issues, while also being, the first contact in investigating customer issues and assisting in maintaining the management systems. The role represents the voice of the customer, identifies and records all non-conformances, and recommends disposition of product quality related issues. The position conducts process/product audits, reviews customer quality agreements and customer specific requirements (drawings), and assists/back-ups QA (quality assurance) support. Additionally, the Quality Engineer defines/updates procedures/work instructions, maintains/reviews SPC (statistical process control) systems, and champions APIs (application programming inteface).

What you will need: Degree in Engineering. Current experience in quality assurance. Experience in automotive manufacturing. Knowledge of SPC and API systems.
