Southfield, Michigan – Movement Search and Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading OEM provider of process equipment used in manufacturing facilities. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Project Manager who will work with customers regionally.
What you will do: The Project Manager will lead domestic and international projects from inception through completion within budget and scope while facilitating and strengthening customer relationships. Will construct project timelines, organize project meetings and facilitate the team in reviewing milestones, examining potential operational issues/risks, outlining and proposing solutions and identifying actions. Will direct engineers in delivery of assigned projects while managing several projects simultaneously. Travel up to 40%
What you will need: BS in Engineering or Business discipline with 5+ years project management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. Must have 2+ years working knowledge of manufacturing type contracts, preferably in the machine tool automation and/or industrial washer industries. Proficiency in SAP preferred. Working knowledge of equipment, process and commonly used design practices for Balancing Equipment and Automation also needed.
