Syracuse, New York – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading manufacturer of capital equipment for both industrial and consumer use. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a new position for an Engines Engineer.
What you will do: The Engines Engineer manage interface with all engine suppliers and supports all engine related new product development activities. The role supports all engine related product sustaining activities globally, stays close with all factories and businesses, and identifies engine technologies for products to improve performance. The position manages information related to engines, manages the engine implementation for truck trailer new product development, and supports the existing products with engines. Additionally, the Engines Engineer works with engine suppliers to develop and implement engines for the Truck and Trailer products, including manage all the information related to engines, acting as an interface between the engine suppliers and company product development and product sustaining teams.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Current experience in truck trailer engines. Experience with cooling technologies. Experience working with engine suppliers.
