Holly, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a world leading supplier of innovative parts and systems to the global automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for Manufacturing Engineer.
What you will do: The Manufacturing Engineer supports manufacturing in the resolution of manufacturing issues and provides manufacturing with tools and engineering support to implement new products into production and in the resolution of manufacturing issues. The role leads process design functions to determine product flow through the manufacturing cell by use of current engineering and continuous improvement techniques, while also establishing resource requirements and material flow. Additionally, this position analyzes various product structures and processes in order to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manufacturing costs as well as performing design of experiment (DOE) analysis to determine optimum operating parameters.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in manufacturing engineering. Strong understanding of controls. Knowledge of materials, machine dynamics, etc. Programming background in Universal and Fuji surface mount equipment. Programming experience with Koh Young solder paste inspection and VI Technologies automated optical inspection equipment.
