Maintenance Technician - Controls

Hopkinsville, KY – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with an international supplier to the automotive industry. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Maintenance Technician.

What you will do: The Maintenance Technician performs both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks associated with safety issues, production needs, and preventive measures. The position helps to keep work areas clean, repairs production equipment, and maintains scheduled work orders efficiently while referencing Maintenance Manuals to minimize production downtime. The role adheres to all health and safety protocols, is responsible for the maintenance and return of company equipment, and documents all work performed during work hours. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician provides his/her own tools.

What you will need: Current experience in a maintenance role within tier one automotive manufacturing. Experience with preventative maintenance. Non-union experience. Hands on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc/ABB robots.
