Fenton, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a national supplier of manufactured goods that feed into a multitude of industries. Due to the recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Maintenance Technician.
What you will do: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that production equipment is operational and functions correctly. The role maintains routine maintenance to company vehicles, forklifts, crane and other equipment, performd preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis, and maintains a clean and safe workplace. The position assures all safety devices, guards, and controls are fully functional and meet OSHA/MIOSHA standards, performs routine safety repairs at each facility to ensure compliance with governmental requirements, and carries out all job duties, incorporating safe work habits and proper equipment.
What you will need: High school diploma. Current experience in a maintenance technician role. Current experience within a manufacturing plant.
