Elizabethtown, Kentucky – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with an international supplier of automobile components. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for a Machine Repair Technician.
What you will do: The Machine Repair Technician maintains preventative and predictive maintenance programs, assists with training duties, assists in the procurement of maintenance repair parts, equipment and supplies, and is responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment documentation and drawings. The role may be called upon to substitute for Product Technicians.
What you will need: HS diploma. Mechanical proficiency in troubleshooting and the repair of pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic machines and mechanisms. Current experience in preventive maintenance on production equipment. Knowledge of PLC programming and electronics. Experience with new equipment installation, hydraulics, knowledge of industrial power distribution and familiarity with PLC controlled equipment.
