Clinton, South Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with an engineered wood products manufacturer that services the construction industry for both residential and commercial markets. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for an Electrical Supervisor.
What you will do: The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all electrical maintenance activities and staff. This role leads a group of 5 or more team members. Will work from blueprints and schematics and is responsible for planning and layout of work assignments, estimating jobs, coordinating processes and inspecting work to ensure compliance. The role also evaluates equipment to improve production and efficiency, leads with hands on involvement, and effectively manages predictive and preventative management. Must be able to identify and maximize coaching opportunities to promote continual growth and development within the team.
What you will need: Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC’s. Current supervisory experience of technicians in a manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance is available.
