Goshen, Indiana – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a world leader in the tier-one, automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Maintenance Manager.
What you will do: The Maintenance Manager develops and executes effective predictive and reactive maintenance for the plant. The role develops/executes maintenance planning for equipment, tools and facility, maintains the maintenance budget, and implements cost savings ideas. The position provides critical spare parts planning and follow-up, develops and executes effective programs, and establishes challenging maintenance KPIs and follow up.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance or Engineering. Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Maintenance, electrical and controls engineering knowledge. Current experience in a management role within automotive supply. New product launch processes experience. Lean manufacturing knowledge.
