Tupelo, Mississippi – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a construction supply company that services both residential and commercial markets. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Maintenance Manager.
What you will do: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for equipment maintenance this growing manufacturing facility. The equipment side includes corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance processes to maximize machine reliability and capability while managing maintenance metrics for production goals. This position drives continuous improvement within the maintenance function including lean activities.The functional aspect of this position will involve planning/coordinating job assignments, set work priorities, to ensure the completion of projects in a timely manner for repairs and modifications to all equipment. This position maintains local spare parts, tools and equipment, purchase replacement parts and components as needed, and maintain sufficient local knowledge of operations to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility and systems.
What you will need: Current experience in a maintenance management role in a production or manufacturing environment, with strong aptitude in mechanical manufacturing equipment. The equipment being maintained will involve Control Logix programming, hardware, and firmware upgrades RSLogix 5 programming, hardware, and firmware upgrades, Siemens S7 PLC software, Siemens Master Drives with vector and motion control, Cisco or Rockwell Software and hardware components such as Stratix switches. Current experience with Loop Tuning-PID theory.
