Dayton, Ohio – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com   is working with a growing manufacturing client in West Virginia and due to this growth, they have opened a position for a Maintenance Manager.

What you will do: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the maintenance team to facilitate repair and preventive maintenance activities. The role directs and coordinates the procurement of new equipment projects to assure manufacturing, safety, and maintainability requirements are met and establishes guidelines and proper maintenance procedures and spare part inventory levels to assure efficient and cost effective repair. The position estimates personnel needs, interviews job candidates, and recommends promotion from within or external hiring and has heavy involvement with the coordination of continuous improvement and lean projects.

What you will need: Technical degree. Current supervisory experience in maintenance. Advanced knowledge of manufacturing maintenance. Thorough understanding and knowledge of electrical wiring, PLC or controller and robotics experience.
