Plymouth, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a growing automotive Tier-1. Due to their recent growth, they have a newly created position for a Project Engineer.
What you will do: The Project Engineer supports a “Big 3” car company for the upcoming models and future automatic transmissions programs, transmission controls logic development for both diesel and gasoline engines, and expansion of model based controls system. The position creates integration of the control system logic into customer vehicles, while coordinating control system logic development with vehicle OEM. The role also performs engineering analysis, interprets software logic documents for integrated use, and writes technical reports for the projects assigned.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree required. Entry level experience in manufacturing and engineering, this can include co-op experience, up to three years of overall experience. Knowledge of mechanical engines and transmissions. Experience with software logic.
