Rochester Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a world leader in the automotive tier one space. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Lead Product Engineer – Interiors.
What you will do: The Lead Product Engineer – Interiors manages existing products/services as well as creating and integrating new products and standards. The role leads regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new product development, identifies/presents innovative and creative product solutions, and manages product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation. The position develops/conducts specialized training on new products launched, builds/maintains a product related technical database, and provides support for other departmental projects as needed. Additionally, the Lead Product Engineer – Interiors supervises all design teams in general technical aspects.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in product engineering within the automotive industry. Experience developing new technologies. Knowledge of Catia V5.
