Junior Sales Representative - Industrial Equipment

Atlanta, Georgia  – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with an international manufacturer of commercial and industrial capital equipment. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an Industrial Sales Representative.

What you will do: The Industrial Sales Rep is responsible for working with existing sales accounts and potential new customers in a specific geographic region to increase share and penetrate new markets/ applications with our power transmission solutions products. The role works/communicates with internal selling resources and customers to facilitate conflict issues, returns, credit or other sales related issues within company policy and practice, while also working with Distribution, focusing on training, joint target account efforts, national corporate programs as well as miscellaneous sales needs. The position helps prepare annual sales forecasts, market potential and district plan as required by Sales management, completes/submits call reports, planners, expenses, activity reports and basic required administrative work correctly and on time, and collaborates/communicates effectively with marketing, industry specialists, and inter-division personnel on corporately targeted accounts/industries as it pertains to the selling and specification process and needs.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing. Experience in sales management. Current experience in industrial sales. Exposure to mechanical power transmission components or similar product line a plus.  Ability to travel  30%.
