What you will do: In the simplest terms, we identify top talent for our clients through a multitude of mediums while separating ourselves from others in our industry. If you are reading this, we are are separating ourselves by writing a job description with enough gravitas and flair to recruit you into our organization. How do we separate ourselves? Although our dress code is casual, we know how to entertain a client with professionalism. We set goals and show you how to achieve them. At the core, recruiting is telephone sales. You will be on the phone in front of a computer the vast majority of the day.

What you will need: A completed 4-year degree OR a degree in process. A proficiency with computers and the interwebs…it’s a large part of what we do and we can’t be teaching someone how to manipulate a Word doc. An engaging personality.
