IT Project Manager

Pontiac, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a developer and designer of IT systems and services. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Project Manager.

What you will do: The Project Manager is responsible for implementation of projects within the IT enterprise architecture and infrastructure program for a local municipal county, including the overall planning, management and completion of projects following a standard project management methodology. The role identifies the approach to be used on a given IT project and manages implementation by developing project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS) and budgets, assigns/manages individual responsibilities, and is responsible for determining and working with supervisors to acquire resource needs. The position manages all individual project tasks at a detailed level both by interfacing with team members and correlating work, interfaces directly with team members on a daily basis to assess progress and issues on project tasks, and is responsible for developing some project deliverables. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring team adherence to well established project and technical standard.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience as a project manager. Experience managing enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure/Architecture and/or Security projects.
