IT Director of HRIS

Apex, North Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a national manufacturer of consumer products and industrial goods. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an IT Director of HRIS.

What you will do: The IT Director of HRIS supports the global HR team to simplify business tools, reduce complexity and drive precision around data analytics. The role consults with HR to understand systems needs and opportunities, serves as project lead for implementations/upgrades, and plans upgrades to enhance functionality and improve decision-making abilities. The role ensures data feeds and IT interfaces perform as expected, monitor errors and ensures access is seamless, and partners with the HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent, Compensation and HR Operations) to organize HR SharePoint site. Additionally, the IT Director of HRIS implements a global governance model to ensure effective management of systems and tools, identifies key stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement across various key, and provides proactive change management leadership to cross-functional teams and end users related to project execution, business transformations, change impacts, etc.


What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Strong experience in IT and systems support. Current experience working in a manufacturing environment. Solid ERP and SQL skills. Experience leading systems implementations/upgrades; recent experience implementing Integrated Human Capital/Talent Management systems is ideal. Project management experience.
