Northville, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a growing automotive Tier-1. Due to their recent growth, they have a newly created position for an Electronics Engineer – Integrated Circuit.
What you will do: The Electronics Engineer – Integrated Circuit performs IC product and technology benchmarking, custom IC planning(Specification/Technology), and creates IC required Specifications from system specifications. The role verifies algorithms and designs, reviews the design with the IC supplier, and creates DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The position creates the evaluation method/environment, evaluates engineering samples (Characteristic/Function, low vol.), and participates in the process audit, reviews tests and data with the IC supplier.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in electroncis engineering. Experience of MATLAB/Simulink. Experience of electronic circuit function/characteristic measurement evaluation. Knowledge of IC design (circuit, layout) and IC process (wafer fabrication/package assembly). Experience with analog circuit design, digital circuit design experience, semiconductor sensor element design, magnetic simulation, mechanical design of jig tools for evaluation. Ability to travel up to 15%.
