Instrumentation & Testing Team Lead


Plymouth, Michigan  – Movement Search & Delivery    is working with a leading manufacturer of quality solutions. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Engineering Team Leader.

What you will do: The Engineer Team Leader is responsible for organizing and managing resources within a small to mid-size department or area of the company, while also performing hands-on testing and manage projects. The role is responsible for not only hiring, training, performance reviews, and holding regular meetings with all employees within their area of supervision but also for all equipment calibration, supplies, area efficiency, productivity, and development. The position assists in preparing budgets and planning, ensures invoicing submittals, and is responsible for performance testing. Additionally, the Engineer Team Leader assists in sales and with senior management.

What you will need: A Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Current experience in an engineering leadership role. Experience with testing, instrumentation and project management. Knowledge of the principles and practices of manufacturing systems.
