Warren, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading supplier of quality and testing systems. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an Inside Sales Development Associate.
What you will do: The Inside Sales Development Associate develops long lasting customer relationships by providing the highest quality service and communication, acts as a resource in resolving customer issues, and develops/provides quotations to new and existing clients. The role provides accurate and timely status reports to clients, answers incoming inquires, handling them in line with company sales guidelines, and assists with processing test requests and incoming work. The position populates/maintains the CRM (Customer relationship management) in line with the sales operation procedure, manages a client portfolio with the goal of increasing revenue, margin and market share, and supports business development managers with client development activities. Additionally, the Inside Sales Development Associate works with department supervisors, technical experts, or technicians at each laboratory to obtain their input for testing scope and delivery to compile complex quotations, while also communicating feedback to management when operations or sales support is required.
What you will need: Associate’s degree. Current experience in inside sales development. Current experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven success implementing business development procedures. Experience in a custoemr facing role. Knowledge of fuels, fluids and servo hydraulics, and vibration testing laboratories is a plus.
