Inside Sales Manager

Knoxville, Tennessee – Movement Search and Delivery   www.movementsearch.com    is is working with a national supplier of electric motors and components. Due to recent growth within the company, they have just opened a position for an Inside Sales Manager.

What you will do: The Inside Sales Manager is tasked with establishing, building and maintaining relationships with our customers through indirect selling practices. The role is responsible for increasing sales within the services business through acquiring and growing new business, for providing consistent and effective communication with internal and external partners to facilitate identification of opportunities for growth, and for quoting electrical motor sales and service. The position follows up with customers in order to increase hit rate by utilizing developed selling skills and technical knowledge, works with global supply chain to track serviceable assets by updating existing databases on new products, and facilitates leads that result in sales of assigned services/solutions to targeted customers.

What you will need: Experience with electric motors both new product sales and service contracts. Experience servicing heavy industry such as Pulp/Paper, manufacturing or aggregates.
