Industrial Equipment Product Marketing Manager

Wausau, Wisconsin – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a leading manufacturer of electrical and mechanical motion control and power generation products serving markets throughout the world. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Product Marketing Manager.

What you will do: The Product Marketing Manager manages key segments within General Industries and provides leadership inside the company to support the customer’s requirements. The role leads planning, development and implementation of vertical market, provides strategic planning and execution to achieve sales, profit and market share goals, and provides promotion as well as performance feedback for the team to accelerate growth, profitability, and serviceability. The position manages/evolves the product life cycle from new product introduction through product maturation, continuously seeks opportunities for improvement and growth, and develops/manages the major activities of cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager prepares collateral and develops process for training internally and externally to the organization, while also serving as a leader and resource with Sales, Technology, and Manufacturing.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business. Experience in technical marketing or selling. Experience in the product launch process. Six Sigma Green Belt. Knowledge of PR Channels and social media in the B2B world. Previous experience in industrial material handling or process and packaging. Knowledge of large motor applications.
