Human Resources Manager

Round Rock, Texas Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a national manufacturer of electric motors and due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Human Resources Manager.

What you will do: The Human Resources Manager directs the creation and update of human resources policies, manages HR team in regards to benefits coordination, wellness plans, recruitment and placement, and staff training and development, and supports HR activities initiated by the parent and affiliate companies. The position conducts employee training and orientation, administers benefits program, compensation analysis and other competitive data and prepare budgets, and resolves employee relations, costs, and performance management concerns with management. The role maintains competitive stance regarding pay and benefits, performs a leadership role in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions, and oversees the preparation of employee separation notices and related documentation. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager conducts exit and represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources. Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, and safety. Current experience in manufacturing. Previous experience in international companies, manufacturing, and companies with 200+ employees.
