Human Resources Manager

Goshen, Indiana – Movement Search & Delivery  is working with a world leader in the automotive tier one space. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Human Resources Manager.

What you will do: The Human Resources Manager adapts/implements the global and regional HR strategy within the area of responsibility, develops and improves local HR policies and programs addressing internal and external changes/challenges, and conducts anticipatory recruitment in order to ensure adequate staffing in terms of quantity and quality. The role manages local staffing needs (permanent and temporary), ensures competitive compensation and benefit packages according to internal policies and regulations, and ensures the continuous development of employees by developing concepts and organizing respective trainings. The position advises on organizational structures and changes and supports reorganizations, ensures professional support of supervisors and employees concerning HR related issues, and advises management team concerning HR topics. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager participates and/or leads global/regional projects/ initiatives, supports expatriate and inpatriate management, and cooperates with external organizations and public authorities.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in human resources management within a manufacturing environment. Experience in tier-one manufacturing.
