Farmington Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a global tier one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, the company has a newly created position for a Human Resources Generalist.
What you will do: The Human Resources Generalist serves as an internal consultant to management and employees on a variety of human resources policies and procedures, trains and develops personnel, and is responsible for compensation. The position is responsible for the human resource information systems (HRIS), solving issues within employee relations, and for developmental organizational activities. training and development; compensation; organizational development and employment.
What you will need: Completed 4 year degree, preferably in Human Resources. Current experience in an HR Generalist capacity with an advanced manufacturing or highly engineered product line. Current experience in high level management. This is not a plant level role supporting hourly employees.
