Lewisburg, Tenessee – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading manufacturing supplier to the automotive and industrial industries. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for a Human Resources Generalist.
What you will do: The Human Resources Generalist provides an employee-oriented high performance culture that emphasizes safety, quality and productivity. The role evaluates and executes human resources initiatives and is involved with recruitment, policy adherence and governmental compliance to ensure on-going growth, while also advising on company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance and conduct in investigations. The position is focused mainly on recruiting, data management, and the implementation of a human resources information system.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in human resources. Current experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
