Hedwig Village, Texas – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with an international leader in electronics for power distribution.  Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Human Resources Generalist.

What you will do:  The Human Resources Generalist provides a full range of effective operational, analytical, and administrative HR services. The role ensures the effective design, development, implementation, measurement, and management of HR systems to increase capability and performance, ensures compensation and benefits programs support the organization’s strategic goals, objectives and values and promote competitive advantage, and ensures risk management programs, plans and policies that provide a safe and secure working environment and protect the organization from liability. The position designs, develops, implements, manages, measures, and continuously improves programs, processes, and policies for HR functional areas and also counsels on matters of people, organization, and culture. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist monitors and reports on human resource trends, best practices, and legislative issues and changes. 

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Current HR generalist experience. Previous non-agency, professional and technical recruiting experience. Working knowledge of an HRMS, HRIS and/or ATS. PHR certification is a plus.
