Crawfordsville, Indiana – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a growing, multi-billion dollar manufacturing client with headquarters in Atlanta. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Human Resources Generalist.
What you will do: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for coordination and execution of programs and processes. The role manages HR processes and programs ensuring consistency of practices and compliance with legal requirements and accepted standards, coordinates recruiting and hiring activities at the local level, and supports staffing strategy and organizational capability. The position facilitates critical activities to improve employee engagement, works to develop positive relationships with employees to promote communications, and fosters confidence in the Human Resources team. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist works with managers and supervisors to build capabilities in performance and employee relations management, monitors and measures results of action plans, and compiles/reports data on a regular basis.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred. Current experience in human resources. Thorough understanding of HR body of knowledge and accepted practices. Broad knowledge of health and welfare benefits products and practices.
