Nashville, Tennessee – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for a Human Resources Director.
What you will do: The Human Resources Director is responsible for guiding and managing the HR services, policies, and programs throughout the organization. The role integrates/supports the on-going management of HRMS (UlitPro) and timekeeping systems, provides support and guidance to Plant HR Managers, and manages branding initiatives. The position serves on the Operational Management Committee representing Corporate HR initiatives, provides oversight in the management of the Corporate Workers Compensation program, maintains/updates the Employee Handbook, and conducts Human Resources audits as required ensuring compliance with JSOX requirements. Additionally, the Human Resources Director establishes/implements goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the HR department, oversees the design and development of compensation and benefits programs, and evaluates technology solutions to improve the HR department efficiencies.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Human Resources. Current experience in human resources within manufacturing. Current experience in a director level role. Human Resources experience in a collective bargaining environment. SPHR and PHR preferred.
