HR Assistant Manager

St. Mary’s, Pennsylvania – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a tier-one supplier.  Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Human Resources Assistant Manager.

What you will do: The Human Resources Assistant Manager participates on the site management team, serving as a business partner, to help develop and deliver the site and group strategy as well as setting goals and objectives for continual improvement of the site. The role assists the HR Manager with preparation and evaluation of personnel policies, assists departments with the recruitment and interviewing of qualified applicants, and supports actions to develop a culture of employee involvement. The position assists with development and maintenance of affirmative actions program, files EEO-1 annually, maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations, and ensures company compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Additionally, the Human Resources Assistant Manager ensures that reports and paperwork are prepared, assists in preparing job descriptions, and is responsible for all training programs, while also supporting operations in communicating vital employee information in meetings, announcements, etc.

What you will need: Current experience in a human resources role. Knowledge of EEO regulations. Experience in recruitment.
