Industrial Cooling Global Product Manager

Baltimore, Maryland Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com   is working with a manufacturer of cooling systems and due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for a Global Product Manager, southwest of Baltimore.

What you will do: The Global Product Manager defines the product strategy and road map in collaboration with regional and global marketing, works with global leadership to optimize the sustainable global financial returns (ROI) associated with a defined product platform, proactively rationalizing current and future offerings, and understands end user segments’ business needs and the potential to leverage technology and product competencies. The position defines targeted customer segment buying criteria, creates easy to understand core positioning and messaging for thorough understanding among senior leaders, key sales/marketing personnel, and provides product and technology expertise on a broad range of competitors/alternative solutions to meet end user needs. The role develops business cases to generate support for investments in technology and new product development, provides oversight of new product development programs thorough marketing launch, accountable for results to target, and runs test/pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. Additionally, the Global Product Manager provides support for field sales, including training, trade shows and key customer accounts, supports pricing and setting of revenue/profitability goals, and monitors/reports monthly unit volumes and financials to plan and prior year.

What you will need: Master’s of Business Administration. Advanced B2B industry experience. Experience in product management, marketing, and business management. Technical background in engineering. Global experience.
