Troy, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for a Glass Program Manager – Nissan.
What you will do: The Program Manager – Nissan constructs/manages projects and coordinates product team members’ activities to meet established schedule and budget standards. The role formulates cross-functional product teams with specific roles and responsibilities to the program, leads program finance and budgeting, including material costing and capital equipment expenditures, and coordinates development, specification, and procurement of first-generation equipment. The position manages numerous components of the supplier base, including quoting, procurement and delivery coordination, evaluation, and creation of work statements. Additionally, the Glass Program Manager – Nissan provides product-specific support to marketing, including presentations, datasheets, customer visits, market research data, formulation of product business and launch plan, and product pricing.
What you will need: Experience in the tier-one automotive space. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in automotive program management. Experience with GM product development. Experience in formulating and managing project schedules.
