Livonia, Michigan  – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com    is working with a growing IT systems company. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Front End Web Engineer.

What you will do: The Front End Web Engineer works within a large engineering team. The position writes scalable, modular code, explores new/emerging technologies, and tracks bugs in the system. The role is responsible for quality assurance, uses progressive enhancement techniques to support a broad range of browsers and devices, and develops performance considerations in mind for an optimal user experience.

What you will need: Strong experience in IT engineering. Current experience building dynamic internet systems. HTML5 /CSS3, JavaScript, JSON / AJAX / APIs, Responsive Design, and Multi-user Source Control (Git, TFS, SVN, etc.) experience. CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS), CSS frameworks (Foundation, Bootstrap), Build tools (Gulp, Grunt), Server-side code integration (.NET, PHP), and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Ember, etc) experience is preferred.
