Holly, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery movementsearch.com is working with a global leader in the automotive OEM space. Due to their growth, they have a newly opened position for a Focus Factory Manager that will be responsible for leading cross-functional team with 5-10 direct reports and 500+ indirect reports in all areas of production and continuous improvement.
What you will do: This role will report to the director of operations in a large multi-shift manufacturing environment. This position will be provide leadership, developing and implementing strategic plans, and facilitating continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role that ill be tasked with leading change and promote growth within facility. This role will also be responsible for establishing budgets for conducting departmental activities and accompanying manufacturing projects. This position will have over 300 reports.
What you will need: Bachelors Degree. Current experience in an operational management role in a large automotive supplier. Experience in a large, high volume plant. Experience with electronic products. Quantifiable experience with cost savings, process improvement and leading change.
