Greensboro, North Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a national company that provides energy technologies and services to electric utilities and their large industrial, commercial, institutional and municipal customers. Due to recent growth, the company has opened a position for Final Assembly Technicians.
What you will do: The Final Assembly Technician reads and interprets production procedures and electrical schematics, operates various hand/power tools and uses basic electrical skills including stripping and crimping wires, building wiring harnesses, running electrical conduit, hanging and wiring electrical distribution panels and transformers. The position also maintains records and production documents, including marking any as-build changes on the shop blueprints and participates in inventory, shipping, receiving and other support activities as requested. Other duties include running EMT conduit, loading finished goods and receiving parts, assisting final test with setup and teardown.
What you will need: Electronic Technician skills. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience. Knowledge of engine accessories such as block heaters, exhaust components, radiators are added onto the engines which are then filled with coolant and oil. Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
