Maryville, Tennesee – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a national supplier to the automotive industry and due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Maintenance Manager.
What you will do: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of the machinery, equipment, building, physical structures, and plumbing and electrical systems in a high volume industrial atmosphere. The role manages maintenance department and plant facilities personnel, coordinates machine preventive maintenance, and ensures machine reactive maintenance. The position coordinates internal equipment rebuild/refurbish initiatives, oversees operation of plant tool crib, and works daily overtime and Saturdays and/or Sundays when directed.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Current experience as a maintenance manager within a tier-one automotive supplier. Supervision experience of professional and technical staff. Experience in lean production systems principles implementation. Experience managing multiple facilities. Knowledge of CNC/PLC equipment and tooling/fixture experience. Strong understanding and commitment to EHS initiatives.
