Benton Harbor, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with an international manufacturer. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for an Embedded System Software Manager.
What you will do: The Embedded System Software Manager enables product leadership through SW solutions, creates solutions that are designed to meet strategic roadmap for all platforms and business units, and engages/manages team of engineers to deliver the best software solutions for products. The role manages an engineering team/resources to ensure development and execution of embedded software projects, drives/deploys the strategic vision of ACU Software Group, and develops competencies in accordance with defined future state. The role is accountable for creation of libraries, the capture and reuse of knowledge, and for roadmap lifecycle management.
What you will need: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. Current experience with embedded system software. Current experience managing a team of engineers. Experience in cooling technologies would be a plus.
