Northville, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading Tier One supplier in the electronics space. Their growth has created a position for Senior Embedded Software Engineer that will develop system level design that includes System Specs, CAN specs, HMI design and Diagnostic specifications.
What you will do: This role will design/ develop multiple infotainment products and vehicle bus architectures/ Capture and Analyze Bus Logs, Debug and provide root cause analysis/ Write S/W scripts for automated validation/debugging for communication tools such as CAN, MOST etc. Provide S/W support to the customer/resident engineer in system level testing of audio/video products in pre-production environment.
What you will need: BSEE/BSCS Current experience developing communications protocols with CAN, MOST, Ethernet etc. and CAN Bus diagnostic Protocol. Experience with Issue Tracking Tools, Version Control tools, Vector CAN Tools(CANalyzer, CANoe), MOST Tools, Microcontrollers, Emulators, Debuggers, Compilers. Embedded software development with HMI, RTOS, Wi-Fi, Programming languages such as C,C++,etc. required. Experience in AUTOSAR, Bootloader and flashing modules very helpful.
