Electronics Sales Engineer

Auburn Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a national supplier of automotive electronics and due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Sales Engineer.

What you will do: The Sales Engineer supports the business development activity from a technical, customer satisfaction, and commercial perspective. The role develops/maintains strong relationship with Tier One customers with a focus on business development and customer satisfaction, while also managing the forecast and achieving business development objectives. The position utilizes the opportunity management process including new opportunity entry and milestone closure, identifies new opportunities, suggests solutions, and presents high-level corporate overviews and product portfolio overview. Additionally, the Sales Engineer coordinates customers’ technical and quality issues and conducts market surveys and competitive analysis.

What you will need: Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical/electronic engineering. Experience in automotive electrical engineering or automotive sales. Electronic components sales experience. Knowledge of automotive quality and product qualification requirements.
