Troy, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a manufacturing company focused on controls, software, mechanical, and processing engineering. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an Electrical/Mechanical Service Technician.
What you will do: The Electrical/Mechanical Service Technician helps build and commission new systems in-house. The role troubleshoots and repairs legacy equipment at customer’s facilities, while also performing preventative planned maintenance task work and document at customer’s facilities. Additionally, the position telephones response on new and legacy equipment and assists with installs throughout North America.
What you will need: Current experience in an electrical/mechanical service within an industrial manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for installations and troubleshooting. Ability to Install and troubleshoot Industrial Electrical circuits; from high voltage 3phase down to circuit board level. Ability to get online with PLCs and able to read and troubleshoot ladder logic.
