Warren, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading supplier of quality and testing systems. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an Electrical Engineer.
What you will do: The Electrical Engineer researches, develops, designs and tests electrical components, equipment and systems applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering. The position supports operations with new product designs while making proposals and/or improvements to existing products for cost efficiency, reliability and safety, prepares component and sub system level DFMEA documents, and provides status updates on project activities and progress. The role analyzes warranty return issues and implements necessary design changes in coordination with customers, completes electrical studies and documents RFQ activities, and is responsible for equipment design and development, testing of materials, and preparation of specifications. Additionally, the Electrical Engineer assists in interfacing with customer and internal engineering teams to define requirements and specifications.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. Current experience in electrical testing. Current experience in the automotive, tier-one supply industry. Experience with CAN.
