Warren, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a growing, multi-billion dollar manufacturing client. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an Electrical Engineer.
What you will do: The Electrical Engineer designs, models and tests mixed-signal processor-based electronics, designs/sources, and evaluates existing and emerging technologies to identify solutions that will reliably operate in a wide range of installed environments. The role communicates design and component constraints and trade-offs to other team members and management, evaluates the intellectual property landscape to identify risks, and works with manufacturing to ensure that designs meet manufacturability and testing criteria. Additionally, the Electrical Engineer develops engineering data in the form of engineering change notices, bills of material and parts tracking, performs system integration and validation testing activities, including verification of interoperability with customer-supplied peripherals, and mentors junior team members.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Current experience in engineering. Experience with testing.
