Electrical Engineer

Auburn Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a tier-one supplier for the automotive manufacturing industry. Due to this recent growth, they have opened a position for an Electrical Engineer.

What you will do: The Electrical Engineer develops organization capability in electronic HW design and system developments. The role maintains awareness of the state of the connectivity and/or security industry and the latest developments in the sector and investigates new technologies and develop the next generation platform. The position advises management in technical direction and strategy, prepares technical documentation, and works with or lead remote team members across the globe, while also coaching new engineers.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Current experience in electrical engineering within a tier-one automotive supplier. Experience working with electronics system designs. Schematic Capture experience. Experience with PCB CAD tools such as Orcad, Altium, Mentor Graphics, PADS, HFSS, etc. Proficiency in using lab equipment including Network Analyzer, Signal generator Oscilloscope, etc. Motor and solenoid drive circuits (BJTs, MOSFETS, H-bridges, etc.) experience. Expertise in connection technologies, actuators, sensor technology. Knowledge in diagnostics and communication systems (CAN LIN/K-Bus, flashing via bus, …)
