Auburn Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a world leader in their respective manufacturing space. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Director of Marketing Communications.
What you will do: The Director of Marketing Communications leads the U.S. and Canada central marketing communications team and drives the planning, development and execution of external and internal marketing communications. The role develops and executes the marketing communications plan for 5 product segments and drives market segment strategies through effective communications. The position manages relationships/involvement with trade shows, publications, print advertising, public relations, digital marketing, samples and literature fulfillment, oversees all digital and web, including the support of a “Business Transformation” web project, and manages outside agencies for advertising and PR support. Additionally, the Director of Marketing Communications coordinates with internal stakeholders to enhance internal communication and creates/ensures maximum effectiveness of budget.
What you will need: BS Degree in Marketing or Business. Current experience in marketing management. Experience leading a team of 3+ personnel. Experience in a strategic marketing and communications leadership role for a manufacturing organization.
