Saginaw, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a growing manufacturing company that supports the commercial construction industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Customer Service Associate.
What you will do: This position provides operational and administrative support to HYMMCO, business owner, personnel and client base. This position maintains office functions, including purchasing, order entry, customer service, scheduling, among other duties assigned. Writing Quotes, Entering Sales/Purchase Orders, Support Sales staff. Manage Inventory for highway materials. Coordinate and follow-up direct shipments. Build relationships with customers and follow-up as needed. Answer Multi-Line Telephone. Work under moderate supervision. Must be able to set and organize one’s own work priorities and adapt them when needed.
What you will need: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Excellent Communications. Skills Detail Oriented. Proficient in Microsoft products. Concrete Paving, Bridge, and MDOT construction experience preferred.
