Pontiac, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with the world’s top supplier of automotive topping fabrics and interior trim with a wide range of constructions and designs. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for an Automotive Trim Engineer.
What you will do: The Automotive Trim Engineer provides on-site technical support to customers and investigates quality issues and assists customers with resolutions, while also evaluating new product performance in customer’s production process through product use. The role is responsible for serving as a company liaison regarding disputes, customer service and performance issues, while additionally providing customer support and feedback through the communication of open issues and concerns, including scheduled customer visits and some overnight travel.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience in plastics industry, with emphasis on plastic interior trim parts, vacuum forming, and quality and/or process engineering.
