Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Controls Engineer.
What you will do: The Controls Engineer will lead the management of projects, coordinate and execute work related to electrical maintenance, electrical engineering and automation with a focus on programming and updating PLC’s, solving complex technical problems and identify opportunities to improve uptime, reliability and performance of equipment.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Software to know: Control Logix programming, hardware, and firmware upgrades, RSLogix 5 programming, hardware, and firmware upgrades, Allen Bradley PLC-5, Siemens S7 PLC software, Siemens Master Drives with vector and motion control, Cisco or Rockwell Software and hardware components such as Stratix switches.
