Controls Engineer

Farmington Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a national supplier of automotive tier one manufactured goods. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Controls Engineer.

What you will do: The Controls Engineer designs schematics and implements controls systems on new equipment, while also testing and troubleshooting control systems at the shop, local panel shops, and in the field. Additionally, the position designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements all aspects of controls systems software and hardware, while also working with a team of engineer toward the completion of multiple configuration projects.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in automotive manufacturing. Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs. Experience with seating is a plus. Working knowledge of NEC and ANSI codes.
