Contract Electronics Technician

Farmington Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs  is working with a global tier one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, the company has a newly created position for a Electronics Technician.

What you will do: The Electronics Technician provides technician analysis and test skill set to Global Electronics Engineering (GEE) North American braking electronics product design teams.  This position supports engineers in the development and application of the electronics designs for the Core Integrated Brake Control (IBC) ECU. Responsibilities of the role include developing prototype circuit, debugging and testing new circuit designs, and managing prototype builds, functional testing and delivery of these IBC ECUs. Additionally, the Electronics Technician supports NA braking with responses to testing and vehicle interface issues, documents/reports all activities to engineers, and assists engineers and other senior technicians in other activities related to the product development.

What you will need: High school diploma. Knowledge of circuits and tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters. Current experience in electronics in the automotive industry.
