Channel Sales Director - Capital Equipment

Charlotte, North Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a world leader in fluid distribution and handling.  Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Channel Sales Director.

What you will do: The Channel Sales Director is responsible for managing a team of area sales managers, driving top-line growth in line with KPI and PD objectives for the region through the sales channel, and maintaining a strong pipeline to the marketplace. The role delivers sales goals, provides management of the sales channel, and forecasts the sales timeline. The position plans and executes sales, negotiates and reviews contracts, and provides sales develop of personnel. Additionally, the Channel Sales Director coordinates and executes the company sales strategy across the channel and administers root cause analysis of shortfalls.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. B2B sales management experience with a proven track record of growth. Experience in sales channel management/development role. Technical background related to selling/supporting pumps and/or rotating equipment.
